After qualifying as a Reflexologist in 2005 with the Association of Reflexologists (A.o.R.), I set up my own Practice in Beverley, East Yorkshire, based at the Beverley & Molescroft doctor’s surgery. I have continued my professional development by attending workshops and seminars.

Most recently, I have become a practitioner of baby reflex, a gentle and effective method of Reflexology that parents can learn to give to their babies through organised workshops.

I have undergone further post-graduate training as a Maternity Reflexologist focusing on sub-fertility, pregnancy and childbirth with Susanne Enzer, a worldwide recognised author, midwife, reflexologist and teacher of maternity reflexology.

I also have an interest in the treatment of stress and have a certificate in ‘Relaxation and Creative Imagery Interventions’.

How do I Know You Are Qualified?

I am a fully qualified and insured Reflexologist and a member of the Association of Reflexologists (A.o.R.). Members of the Association of Reflexologists (M.A.R.) have been trained to professional standards and are governed by a strict Code of Practice and Ethics.
