Baby reflex is a gentle and effective method of Reflexology that parents can learn to give to their own babies through organised workshops.

How can I learn baby reflex?

The baby reflex workshops comprise of three, one hour sessions over 3 consecutive weeks, where a parent will work with their own baby. The workshops will take place on an individual basis at Beverley & Molescroft Surgery.

PLEASE NOTE: THESE WORKSHOPS DO NOT QUALIFY PARENTS TO USE THE SPECIFIED REFLEXOLOGY TECHNIQUES ON OTHER BABIES.

How old does my baby have to be to enjoy baby reflex?

From the age of one month.

Will I receive any literature during the workshops?

Each parent attending the workshops will receive their own baby reflex colour chart with guidelines to use at home and a 'babyreflex' diary for recording their baby’s reactions to treatments.

Can I attend baby reflex workshops as well as attending baby massage classes?

Yes, baby reflex is a perfect compliment to baby massage and is easy to integrate into a massage sequence.

How do I know you are qualified?

I am a fully qualified and insured Reflexologist, and a member of the Association of Reflexologists. (M.A.R.) Members of the Association of Reflexologists (A.o.R.) have been trained to professional standards and are governed by a strict code of practice and ethics. The baby reflex workshops are always taught by a qualified Reflexologist who has undergone further training at a specialist baby reflex course.

The cost is currently £90 for 3 x 1 hour workshops.

The cost includes: 3 x 1 hour teaching workshops with me, baby reflex colour chart, guidelines and diary plus telephone consultations during the course if required. I will also tailor the treatment to your baby’s specific needs and provide a treatment plan for this.
